Licenses and Professional Associations

I am a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC). I am a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), and the Association for Addiction Professionals (NAADAC). 

Education

I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services from Western Washington University  in Bellingham, Washington and my Master of Arts degree in Psychology with a focus in Systems Counseling from Lios Graduate College of Saybrook University in Seattle.

Experience

I have been in the counseling field for over ten years. I began working with adolescents in 2003 and have worked with them in some capacity ever since. I have also worked with adults, couples and families since 2012.  I have experience with clients who struggle with trauma, anxiety, and depression.
